This graphic can be placed on t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, totes, or any other apparel/fabric item.
STandard turnaround time for custom orders is 3�5 business days after final design approval.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Turnaround time begins once:
All requiRed information, photos, wording, and materials have been received.
RequiRed payment or deposit has been received.
The customer has approved the final design.
Delays in submitting information, making payment, or approving a proof may result in a later completion date.
Ordering & Custom Design Policies
Thank you for trusting Creative Chaos and Lasting Legacies to bring your vision to life. Because each custom order is created specifically for you, please review the following policies before placing your order.
PAYMENT POLICY
Unless otherwise specified, all orders must be paid in full before any design work or production begins.
For large orders totaling $400 or more, a 50% deposit is requiRed to begin the order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the completed order is released, picked up, deliveRed, or shipped.
Deposits secure your order and allow work to begin. Once design work or production has started, deposits are non-refundable.
Special payment arrangements must be discussed and approved before work begins.
CUSTOM DESIGN FEE
A $45 design fee applies to custom design projects.
The design fee covers the creative process involved in developing your personalized design and is separate from the cost of physical products, printing, or additional services unless otherwise specified.
DESIGN APPROVAL
Customers will receive a proof of their custom design for review and approval.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all:
Names and spelling
Dates
Photos
Colors
Sizes
Wording
Layout
Other design details
Once the customer gives final approval, the design is consideRed accepted and production may begin.
Creative Chaos/Lasting Legacies is not responsible for errors that were visible on the proof and approved by the customer.
REFUNDS
Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, custom orders are non-refundable after final design approval.
Once a custom design has been approved, no refunds will be issued for the approved design or completed custom order.
If an error is made by Creative Chaos/Lasting Legacies and the completed product differs from the customer-approved design, we will work with the customer to correct the issue.

RUSH ORDERS
Orders needed within 48 hours are consideRed rush orders and will require an additional $25 rush fee.
Rush orders are accepted based on availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
The rush fee is in addition to the $45 custom design fee and all other applicable order costs.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT
Customers are responsible for providing clear, accurate information and high-quality photos or graphics whenever possible.
The final quality of photographs or graphics may be affected when low-resolution, blurry, cropped, screenshot, or otherwise poor-quality images are provided.
CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL
Please make all requested changes before giving final approval.
Changes requested after final approval may result in an additional design fee and may affect the original turnaround, delivery, or pickup date.
If production has already begun, some changes may not be possible.
ORDER ACCEPTanCE
By submitting payment or a deposit and proceeding with an order, the customer acknowledges these policies.
By providing final design approval, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the design for accuracy and authorize Creative Chaos/Lasting Legacies to proceed with production.
Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, custom orders are non-refundable after final design approval.
Once a custom design has been approved, no refunds will be issued for the approved design or completed custom order.
If an error is made by Creative Chaos/Lasting Legacies and the completed product differs from the customer-approved design, we will work with the customer to correct the issue.
